摘　　要：舆论监督是我国监督体系中的重要组成部分。在互联网时代,尤其随着移动社交媒体快速发展,网络舆论监督在舆论监督中的地位越来越凸显。网络舆论监督主体广泛、客体多样、渠道多元,传播速度即时高效,传播方式双向互动,具有其鲜明的特征,但同时也存在着诸如网络谣言,侵犯他人隐私,宣泄私愤等"网络暴力"现象。这些问题的存在,需要我们加强舆论监督的法律体系建设,增强网民、政府管理部门、网站运营者等网络舆论监督主体的网络素养,不断提高网络监管部门的网络舆情监测技术水平和舆论引导能力,切实发挥互联网行业自律协会的自主治理作用,通过法律制度的完善健全与网络空间治理的协同推进,加强对网络舆论监督的规制。The public opinion supervision of is an important part of China＇s supervision system. In the Internet era,especially with the rapid development of mobile social media,the network public opinion supervision is becoming more and more prominent in the public opinion supervision. The network public opinion supervision has distinctive features for its wide subjects,diverse objects,multiple channels,real-time and efficient communication speed,and bi-directional interactive communicative mode. However,it also confronts the problem of ＂network violence＂,such as the canard of internet,violation of privacy,and personal spite venting. Facing these problems,we should first of all strengthen the construction of the legal system of public opinion supervision and enhance the Internet literacy of netizens,government management departments,web site operators and other subjects of network public opinion supervision. We should also constantly improve the public opinion surveillance technology and the public opinion guidance capabilities of the network supervision departments. Thirdly,we should encourage the Internet Self-discipline Association to play an effective role in self-regulation.With the coordinated drive of the legal system perfection and the cyberspace governance,the network public opinion supervision will be forcefully regulated.
