基于突发事件下的海南食品应急物流储备管理对策研究

摘　　要：近年来因台风、暴雨等自然灾害和社会公共卫生事件等突发事件引起的食品应急物流问题,引起了海南省政府和社会各界的广泛关注。特别是在突发事件下的食品应急物流储备工作,作为食品应急物流的关键环节,食品应急储备起到了保证食品应急物流工作快速进行的重要作用,直接关系到海南人民的生命安全。文章主要研究海南食品应急物流储备的现状,根据其现状提出要建立多元应急储配激励机制、加强政府监管力度、整合社会应急资源等对策。希望为海南省政府及相关部门在突发事件下食品应急储备方面提供参考。Food emergency logistics problems, caused by natural disasters like typhoons, heavy rain and public health, this phenomenon has aroused the great attention of the Hainan government and the community. Especially, food emergency logistics reserve of unexpected incidents, as a key link in food emergency logistics, food it has vital function in protecting life safety ofHainanese. This paper analyzed current situation of emergency food logistics for unexpected incidents in Hainan, discussed theconstruction of multi-emergency food logistics motivate system, strengthen government supervision, integration of social resources infood emergency logistics, in order to solve the supply problem of necessary food for human being. This paper try to works outsome suggestions that propose establishing emergency logistics system adapting to the situation of Hainan.
