摘　　要：文章从卷烟物流配送末端的服务质量入手,运用卡诺模型非线性特征的方法分解了用户需求,构建了卷烟物流配送中心的可控成本体系架构。把服务提升因素融入到可控成本的分析中去,做到即将成本控制在一定水平下,又避免了在控制成本的同时降低用户的服务质量。Based on the quality of service at the end of cigarettelogistics and distribution, this paper decomposes the user＇srequirement by using the non -linear characteristic of Carnotmodel, and constructs the controllable cost system of cigarettelogistics distribution center. The service promotion factors intothe controllable cost of the analysis to do the cost control inacertain level, but also to avoid the cost of control while reducingthe quality of service users.
