摘 要:文章推导木托盘货架载荷工况的变形量计算公式,并通过与有限元仿真分析结果进行对比分析,验证公式的合理性。通过Solid Edge软件建立托盘模型,并使用软件内置的有限元仿真模块对托盘模型进行有限元分析,得出托盘货架载荷工况下的最大变形量;同时通过使用推导得出的变形量计算公式计算托盘的变形量。通过对比,软件有限元仿真得出托盘的变形量为2.02mm,计算公式计算得出托盘的变形量为2.11mm。两者结果基本一致。最后验证了托盘变形量公式的合理性,以及在托盘设计阶段使用变形量计算公式对托盘进行初步设计和优化的可行性。In order to derive the calculation formula of the deformation of the wooden pallet under the load condition of the pallet, and through the comparative with the finite element simulation analysis results, verify the rationality of the formula. The finiteelement analysis of the pallet model was carried out by using the software built-in finite element simulation module to get themaximum deformation under pallet rack load. At the same time, the calculated deformation formula was used to calculate. By contrast, the deformation of the pallet is calculated to be 2.02mm by the software finite element simulation. The calculated deformation of the pallet is 2.11mm. The results are basically the same. The rationality of formula of pallet deformation was verified.
