中国城市快递业发展水平评价及实证研究

摘　　要：为了客观反映我国各城市及地区的快递业发展水平,构建由城市快递发展现状、城市快递社会贡献、城市快递发展特色、城市快递发展潜力及城市快递发展保障措施组成的城市快递业发展水平评价指标体系。通过选择国家邮政局2016年12月公布的8个快递示范城市作为实证样本,运用多层次灰色评价模型对城市快递业发展水平评价指标体系进行实证分析,最终得到各城市的综合得分和排名。最后根据实证研究结果,得出研究启示并提出相应的建议。This paper puts forward the evaluation index system of urban express industry development level, that composed of thedevelopment status of urban express, the contribution of urban express delivery, the development characteristics of urban expressdelivery, the development potential of urban express and the development guarantee measures of urban express delivery, in orderto objectively reflect the development level of China＇s cities and regions. First, select the National Post Office in December 2016published eight courier demonstration cities as an empirical sample. Secondly, use the multi-level gray evaluation model to analyze the evaluation index system of urban express industry development level and obtain the comprehensive score and rank ofeach city. Finally, the author draws the research enlightenment and puts forward the corresponding suggestions, based on the empirical research results.
