兰州市发展城市共同配送体系对策研究

摘　　要：文章阐述了共同配送的概念、特征及实施效益,对城市共同配送的理论与发展实际进行梳理。在此基础上阐述了兰州市发展城市共同配送的必要性和可行性,提出了构建"城市物流片区、配送中心、城市末端配送网点"三级城市配送节点体系。在深化共同配送模式、加强政府引导与监管、构建城市共同配送联盟与公共信息服务平台、建立合理的制度及运行机制等方面提出了对策建议。The article expounded the concept, characteristics and implementation benefits of common distribution, analyzed thetheory and development of urban common distribution. Later the paper expounded the necessity and feasibility of the common distribution of Lanzhou, proposed the construction of“urban logistics area, distribution center, the city end distribution network”three distribution node system. At last it put forward some suggestions on deepening the common distribution mode, strengtheningthe government guidance and supervision, constructing the city common distribution alliance and the public information serviceplatformand establishing the reasonable system operation mechanism.
