少数民族与汉族学生混合编班合作学习模式探索——以和田师专学生为例

摘　　要：合作学习作为一种对传统学习模式的有益补充,已经越来越被广泛运用于实践中,受到研究者、教师和学生的青睐.在教学活动中,许多一线教师也发现合作学习为提高学生成绩、改进学生人际交往能力和改善学生情感态度、活跃课堂教学气氛等方面带来了不可估量的转变.以和田师范专科学校为例,对少数民族与汉族学生混合编班合作学习中班级组建、合作学习的影响因素及作用等进行了分析和讨论,认为少数民族与汉族学生混合编班的合作学习模式是少数民族地区提高人才培养质量的有效途径.Cooperative learning as a useful complement to the traditional modes of learning,has been increasingly widely used in practice and preferred by researchers,teachers and students.In teaching,cooperative learning has made great contributions for improving student achievement,communicative ability,students’ emotional attitude,classroom atmosphere and so on.This case study of Hotan Teachers’ College.Think cooperative learning model in mixed classes of ethnic and Han students is an effective way to improve the quality of talents cultivation in ethnic areas.
