民警应对极近距离刀斧砍杀的手枪射击方法研究

摘　　要：极端人员及暴恐分子持刀斧袭击执行任务的民警以3米以内极近距离为主,遇袭民警必须及时果断采取有效措施以制止其严重暴力犯罪行为。应从安全意识、自我防护能力、极近距离手枪射击方法等方面,提高基层民警在极近距离遇袭时的自我防护意识、武器使用能力及民警反恐处突实战技能,有效打击暴力犯罪,保护公民生命财产安全。Extremists and violent terrorists mostly make knife and axe attacking on the police on duty within the range of 3 meters. The assaulted police are expected to take timely and effective measures to stop the serious eviolent crimes. Research should be conducted in terms of safety consciousness, self-protection ability, and close-range pistol shooting methods in an effort to improve the grass-root police＇s self-protection consciousness, ability to use weapons, practical skils in handling anti-terrorism and emergency, effectively crack down violent crimes and protect the safety of citizens＇ lives and property.
