摘　　要：随着"以审判为中心"基本理念的确立,公安院校应积极适应未来公安工作改革发展的新形势,培养学生的法治意识和人权意识,为了使学生了解"以审判为中心"的诉讼制度改革内涵,熟悉庭审各个环节及法官、检察官、律师的诉讼地位和诉讼职能,可以在《预审学》实训教学中探索和尝试增加刑事模拟法庭训练环节。]With establishment of judgement-centered fundamental concept, police colleges should vigorously get adjusted to the new situation of the future public security reform and development, cultivate students＇ legal consciousness and human rights consciousness . To give students knowledge of the connotations of judgement-centered lawsuit system reform, the court trial sections, litigation status and functions of the judges,procurators and lawyers, an attempt can be made to add the section of criminal simulation court training in practical teaching of Preliminary Trial .
