浅析综合性医院制剂室设备的规范化管理

摘　　要：目的:规范综合性医院制剂室设备管理,提高管理水平。方法:分析综合性医院制剂室设备管理中存在的难点问题,提出解决对策,包括设立设备管理组、完善规章制度、引入信息化管理、加强人员培训、开展确认与验证等措施。结果:逐步规范了设备管理,提高了设备维修效率,降低了设备故障发生率。结论:采取综合举措做好设备的规范化管理,对于制剂室的科学、有序、高效运转具有重要意义。Objective To standardize manufacturing laboratory equipment management in the comprehensive hospital.Methods The problems in manufacturing laboratory equipment management of the comprehensive hospital were analyzed,and some countermeasures were put forward accordingly from the aspects of establishing equipment management facility,completing rules and regulations, introducing informatized management, strengthening personnel training, executing acknowledge and verification and etc. Results The equipment management was standardized, the equipment maintenance efficiency was enhanced, and the incidence rate of equipment failure was decreased. Conclusion The standardized equipment management contributes to increasing the efficiency of the manufacturing laboratory.
