摘 要:在华人商业社会中,人脉关系是企业生存和发展的重要元素。社会资本的实质是一种稀缺的社会资源,在社会经济运行中能使物质资本和知识资本有效增值。以开展海外直接投资的中国企业为研究对象,建立一般均衡模型,量化分析社会资本对中国企业在海外市场发展的作用。研究结果表明,我国企业如果粗放型地积累社会资本数量,不会给企业成长带来正向效应;公关部门的开发能力(产出系数)越强,过去已经积累的社会资本对现时点公关活动建立新关系的外溢作用越大;社会资本积累速度越快,海外投资后企业成长速度越快。Interpersonal connection in Chinese commercial society is critical to the enterprise 's survival and development. Social capital is relation capital in essence,which imposes positive effects on enhancing communication efficiency, saving exchange cost,bypassing various investment barriers and so on. Relation capital,which is one kind of social scarce resources,enables effective value accumulation of material capital and intellectual capital in social economic operations. Taken as one type of production factors,social capital can be quantified. Therefore,general equilibrium model is established to quantify the effects of social capital on operation process( such as products production,realization of growth and development of enterprises in overseas markets) of Chinese enterprises engaged in overseas direct investment.The research results show that increase in social capital of Chinese enterprises makes no positive effect on their development. In general,higher explore capacity( i. e.,output coefficient) of the public relations section implies stronger overflowing effects of accumulated social capital on new relationships established by current public relations campaigns,resulting in social capital's higher accumulation rate and enterprises' faster growth rate.
