摘　　要：一个社会或国家是否真正强大,有赖于科技硬实力和文化软实力的形成,而实际科技硬实力与文化软实力能否真实地展现出来以及水平和质量的高低,则取决于思维方式的先进或落后、科学合理与否。只有符合客观规律和事物存在状态的思维方式,即现代系统思维方式才能充分地认识和把握事物,改变事物,进而展现出强大的科技硬实力和文化软实力,并成为社会发展的强大推动力。That one country is powerful or not depends on forming of the hard strength of science and technology and the soft strength of culture. That the hard strength of science and technology and the soft strength of culture can emerge and its level and quality depend on thinking shape. Only the thinking shape which tally with objective law and condition of things,i. e.,the modern systematic thinking shape can fully know and grasp things and change things.Then the powerful hard strength of science and technology and the powerful soft strength can emerge and turn into the powerful driving force of social development.
