摘 要:蓝莓是一种具有良好保健功能的水果,目前国内的蓝莓市场供不应求.传统扦插繁殖方式无法为蓝莓栽培提供大量优质种苗以满足大规模种植蓝莓的需要.而利用植物组织培养技术需要的繁殖材料较少且繁殖系数较高,如果使用这种方法来快速繁殖种苗可以缓解目前苗木市场供应困难的局面.本文综述了当前国内外蓝莓组培研究中至关重要的无菌系建立的研究进展,以期为蓝莓组培的进一步系统的研究提供参考.Blueberry is a fruit with good healthcare function,whose current domestic market is in short supply.The traditional method of cutting propagation cannot provide a large number of high-quality seedlings for blueberry cultivation,so it is impossible to plant blueberry on a large scale. But using the plant tissue culture technology need fewer breeding materials and the breeding coefficient is higher,this method can be used to propagate breeding seedlings rapidly so as to alleviate the current supply of seedling market.The progress of the establishment of asymptomatic lines in blueberry tissue culture research at home and abroad was reviewed in order to provide a reference for further systematic study of blueberry tissue culture.
