摘 要:运用SolidWorks建立深压纹机运动摆杆装置的有限元模型,继而通过ANSYS Workbench对该装置进行瞬态动力学分析,得出其整个时间历程中的应力变化情况,并找出其相对薄弱的环节是在旋转轴2与下轴座处的关节轴承。最后,利用Workbench的参数优化设计模块对运动摆杆装置进行了优化,优化后,关节轴承的最大应力减少了9%,为深压纹机运动摆杆装置的优化和改进提供了理论依据。Finite element model of motion pendulum bar device of deep embossing machine was established by SolidWorks software.Then,the transient dynamic analysis of the device was carried out by means of ANSYS Workbench.The stress changes in the whole time history were obtained,and its relatively weak link in the rotating shaft 2 and the lower shaft seat of the spherical plain bearing was found out.Finally,the motion pendulum bar device was optimized by using the parameter optimization design module of Workbench,after the optimization,the maximum stress of the spherical plain bearing was reduced by 9%.It provided a theoretical basis for the optimization and improvement of the motion pendulum bar device of deep embossing machine.
