摘　　要：福州近代高校的校园建筑是一种文化的参照物。它藉由校园的空间形态及其建筑风格特征来形成特定的建筑语言,反映中国传统文化与西方工业文明的结合,是西方建筑师在特殊的历史背景下通过实践来表达一种社会的文化现象。该文从选址、规划、平面布局、结构技术和建筑风格等方面比较分析华南女子文理学院和福建协和大学的异同,探讨建筑设计背后的文化继承和转变,以及社会历史对建筑文化的影响。The campus architecture of Fuzhou modern colleges is a kind of cultural reference. It reflects the combination of Chinese traditional culture and western industrial civilization by the specific architectural language, which was formed by the spatial form of the campus and its architectural style and characteristics. It is a kind of social and cultural phenomenon that the western architects had expressed through practice in the special historical background. In this paper we analyze the similarities and differences between Hwa Nan College and the Fukien Christina University from the aspects of site selection, planning, plan layout, structural technology and architectural style. We also explore the inheritance and transformation of culture behind the architectural design, and the influence of the social history on thearchitectural culture.
