大学科技园培养大学生创业能力的瓶颈问题及解决策略——以贵州省大学科技园为例

摘　　要：推进大众创业、万众创新,是发展的动力之源,也是富民之道、强国之策。然而,贵州省大学科技园推动"双创"发展的过程中,培养大学创业能力存在创业精神的缺失、创业师资的匮乏、创业课程的缺位、创业平台的短缺、创业环境的不足等瓶颈问题。因此本文将从树立正确的创业精神、打造优秀的创业师资、设置完善的创业课程、搭建优质的创业平台、构建优化的创业环境等方面寻求解决策略。从而不断完善贵州省大学科技园建设体系,并进一步有效提高大学生创新创业能力。Entrepreneurship and innovation not only act as the key drivers for economic diversification,but also contribute to political and social progress. However,owing to the lack of innovative spirit,entrepreneurship mentors,entrepreneurship courses,business platform,and a highly entrepreneurial climate,the development of cultivating the undergraduates' entrepreneurship are restricted. Therefore,we propose using the right entrepreneurial spirit,high-level teachers,excellent entrepreneurship courses,and complete? business platform for enhanced the innovative ability of students. Our strategy shows a huge potential for building a improved innovation system and enhanced undergraduates' innovativeness.
