新常态下高职生就业能力的培养与社会需求的匹配性研究

摘　　要：受国际经济危机、产业结构调整以及前期政策影响,我国经济进入新常态。高职教育作为职业技能人才培养的主要阵地,自然也需要从新常态下经济发展的趋势与特点出发,采取好必要的调整措施。文章基于此,首先对新常态下高职学生的就业能力进行了分析,指出了集中的几点不足,然后重点分析了高职学生就业能力不足的原因,包括专业设置偏差、教育模式单一、就业指导缺失、师资力量薄弱,最后就如何化解此类不足,提出了针对性的建议,如合理设置专业、创新培养模式、提升就业能力、建设双师队伍等。The employment ability of higher vocational college students under new normal is analyzed and this paper points out the lack of concentration,and then analyzes the causes of the insufficient employment ability of higher vocational students. It includes professional setting deviation,education mode single,teachers lack of employment guidance,the weak,on how to resolve these problems and puts forward the suggestions,such as a reasonable set of professional,innovative training model,to improve the employment ability and the construction of teachers team.
