摘　　要：山东全域旅游发展离不开山东省优秀传统文化,全域旅游背景下山东省高等院校旅游人才培养也应把山东优秀传统文化教育放在重要位置,探索高校旅游人才培养与山东优秀传统文化教育的融合路径,从高校师资队伍配置、课程建设、校内实践教学、校外实习实训等方面进行二者的融合研究,培养既能够掌握旅游专业知识也熟知山东传统文化的专业人才,提升山东省高校旅游人才质量,营造良好的旅游服务环境,促进山东省全域旅游更好的发展。The development of Shandong holistic tourism can not be separated from the excellent traditional culture of Shandong Province,In the context of holistic tourism,the cultivation of tourism professionals of colleges of Shandong Province should put the education of the excellent traditional culture of Shandong Province in an important position,and explore the integration path of Shandong traditional culture and tourism professionals cultivation,conduct integration study of the two from the aspects of the allocation of teaching staff,curriculum construction,practice teaching in school,and practice training outside school.The colleges should cultivate the tourism professionals who can master both professional knowledge and the excellent traditional culture of Shandong Province,to improve the quality of tourism professionals,create a favorable environment for tourism services,and promote a better development of the holistic tourism t in Shandong province.
