台州民宿发展状况与对策研究

摘　　要：民宿作为乡村旅游的重要组成部分,正逐渐成为新的投资特点。民宿的兴起,是广大游客对新时期住宿选择的多样化的结果;对于全域旅游的发展起着非常重要的作用,因此,民宿正在成为政府针对旅游供给制改革与创新施策的关键着力点。笔者以调研台州市民宿发展为契机,实地考察民宿发展现状,分析目前民宿发展存在的问题,预测民宿发展的未来趋势,并提出民宿发展的建议,助力台州民宿发展。As an important part of rural tourism,homestay is gradually becoming a new investment point. To adapt to the new era of accommodation,homestay provides a wide range of realistic needs for the tourism field of public entrepreneurship and it also becomes the government's key focus of tourism supply system reform and innovation. In order to investigate the development of Taizhou homestay,the author examined the current situation of the development of homestay,analyzed the existing problems in the development of the homestay. It forecasts the future the trend of the development of homestay,and puts forward to the suggestions in the development of homestay.
