摘　　要：大学内部治理存在治理结构失衡,治理主体诉求冲突等现实困境。大学内部治理与大学文化建设高度同一,共生共荣。新时期大学内部治理的核心是通过提高文化自觉性,确立大学文化核心价值观,强化现代大学制度文化。加强大学文化建设是化解大学治理相关利益主体的冲突,提升大学内部治理现代化水平,助推高校治理走出现实困顿的有效手段。There are such realistic predicaments as the imbalance in the structure of governance, conflictsof governance subject＇s appeal, etc. in the inner governance in colleges and universities. Theinner governance in colleges and universities and the cultural construction in university culture arehighly unified. In the new era, the cores of the inner governance in colleges and universities are asfollows ： improving the cultural consciousness, establishing the core value concept of university cultureand strengthening the system culture of the m o d e m colleges and universities. Strengthening the constructionof university culture is effective means to resolve conflicts among stakeholders related to theinner governance in colleges and universities, promote the modernization level of the inner governancein colleges and universities, and help to push the inner governance in colleges and universitiesout of the realistic predicament.
