摘 要:针对高温高盐低渗透油藏苛刻条件,采用聚合氯化铝与活化剂尿素等制备了一种耐温抗盐的无机铝凝胶深部调剖剂WJ-2,并进行了相关优化。测定了无机凝胶堵剂成胶后的弹性模量,对该凝胶体系的成胶时间及性能的影响因素进行了综合考察。实验结果得到凝胶体系的配方为:8%聚合氯化铝+4%尿素+0.5%助剂。该凝胶体系具有较好的注入性能和堵水效果,对岩心的封堵率达98%以上,能够满足110℃以下油藏深部调堵的需要。In consideration of the severe conditions in high salinity and low permeability reservoir, a heat resistant and salt tolerant inorganic alumina gel deep profile control agent designated as WJ- 2 was prepared using aluminium polychlorid and urea, an activator, etc. as the materials. The elasticity modulus of the inorganic gel deep profile control agent after gelled was determined, and the factors affecting the gelation time and the performance of this gel system was investigated comprehensively. The formulation of this gel system identified based on experimental results is as follows: 8% polyaluminium chloride + 4% urea + 0. 5% promoter. This gel system has good injectivity and good water shutoff effect, and its core plugging rate is higher than 98%. It can be used for the deep profile control and plugging in the reservoir at the temperature of less than 110℃ .
