外科监护室护理人员对患者安全态度认知

摘　　要：目的调查外科监护室护理人员对患者安全态度的现况,为管理者建设和发展医院安全文化提供依据。方法选取上海市二三级甲等综合性医院共五所医院的外科监护室护理人员187人作为调查对象,采用中文修订版安全态度调查问卷(The China Version of Safety Attitude Questionnaire,C-SAQ)进行问卷调查。结果外科监护室护理人员的患者安全态度认知水平较好,总分为4.37±0.37分。不同特征的外科监护室护理人员中,随工作年资、职称的增长,对患者安全态度认知水平有增长的趋势;三级医院的护理人员在团队协作、安全氛围、压力感知维度上得分高于二级医院,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);参加专科护士培训的护理人员在团队协作和安全氛围维度上得分高于未参加专科护士培训的护理人员,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论管理层应重视医院安全文化的建设和相关培训,重点关注低年资护士的安全教育和管理,积极完善专科护士培训工作,提高护理人员安全意识,降低医疗风险,保障患者安全。Objective Investigate the current state of patient＇s safety attitude in nursing staff of Surgical Care Unit,to provide the basis for managers to build and develop hospital＇s safety culture. Methods A total of 187 surgical nurses were selected from five secondary and tertiary hospitals in Shanghai,and a questionnaire survey was conducted using the revised China Version of Safety Attitude Questionnaire（ C-SAQ）. Results The patient＇s safety attitude and cognitive level of nurses staff of Surgical Care Unit were better,and the total score was 4. 37 ± 0. 37 points. In nursing staff of Surgical Care Unit with different characteristics,there was a growing tendency for patient safety attitude and cognitive level with seniority,professional ranks and titles of growth. The scores of team cooperation,safety atmosphere and stress perception in the tertiary hospitals were higher than those of the secondary hospitals,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. The nurses who participated in the training of specialist nurses scored higher in team collaboration and safety atmosphere than those who did not participate in specialist nurse training,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Managers should pay attention to the construction of safety culture in hospital and related training,focus on safety education and management of junior nurses,and actively improve the nurse training work,improve the safety awareness of nursing staff,reduce medical risks,and ensure the safety of patients.
