摘　　要：军队核事故应急医学救援队是执行军事任务的重要组成力量,加强救援队人员编组的合理化对提高卫勤保障能力具有举足轻重的作用,文章从人员编组的依据、建议、讨论三个方面进行探讨。Nuclear accident emergency medical rescue team in military hospital is an important power of military tasks. Strengthening the personnel group plays a decisive role to improve medical support ability of the rescue team. Aspects of the basis,the proposal and the discussion of the personnel group were discussed.
