摘　　要：目的研究海军某地区水面舰艇部队官兵卫生服务需要和利用的基本情况和特点,为制定政策提供决策依据,有效保护舰艇官兵的健康。方法采用分层整群随机抽样法对某地区水面舰艇部队中450名官兵进行调查,采用SPSS21.0软件对调查数据进行统计分析。结果被调查的水面舰艇部队官兵两周患病率为23.7%,以腰酸腿痛、腹泻、咳嗽等为主。两周治疗率为14.3%,多数选择军队医疗机构就诊。慢性病患病率为10.3%,多为腰椎间盘突出、慢性鼻窦炎、胃炎等疾病。一年住院率为5.2%。结论被调查地区水面舰艇部队官兵卫生服务需求较大,但部队的卫生服务还存在一些不足、利用率较低。驱逐舰官兵较护卫舰官兵更容易患病,需要有针对性地加强对驱逐舰官兵卫勤保障。部队卫勤机构要在疾病预防、慢性病管理和门诊服务质量等方面进行改善。Objective To study the basic situation and characteristics of the needs and utilization of the officers and soldiers of naval forces,and to provide the basis for decision-making and to keep the health of the naval soldiers. Methods 450 officers and soldiers from several destroyers and frigates were investigated using stratified cluster sampling method,and SPSS 21. 0 software was used to analyze the survey data. Results The two-week prevalence rate of the officers and soldiers of naval vessels was 23. 7%,with backache,diarrhea and cough. Two-week treatment rate was 14. 3%,and military medical institutions were mostly chosen. The prevalence of chronic diseases was 10. 3%,mostly covering lumbar disc herniation,chronic sinusitis,gastritis and other diseases. The annual hospitalization rate was 5. 2%. Conclusion The demand for health services of soldiers is large,but there are still some shortcomings in the military health service,and the utilization rate is low. Destroyers soldiers are more vulnerable than frigates officers and soldiers,who need to be targeted to strengthen medical support. Force medical institutions should improve disease prevention,chronic disease management and outpatient service quality.
