摘　　要：卫生士官是专业技术士官,主要面向基层部队,主要任务是一线转运伤病员,不仅要参加临床实习,还要磨练自身的军事素养。卫生士官实习的成败,直接关乎未来基层部队卫勤保障的优劣,文章就遵规守纪、专人负责、政治教育、注重实践等四个方面进行论述。Medical noncommissioned officers are specialized technical sergeants mainly for grass-roots units,whose main task is to transport the noneffectives. They not only need to participate in clinical practice,but also to train their military literacy. The success or failure of the practice of the medical sergeant is directly related to the quality of medical support for the primary units in the future. This article will discuss the following four aspects：discipline,personal responsibility,political education and practice.
