摘 要:目的了解非现役文职护士的培训现状与需求,以期为制定文职护士科学合理的培训计划提供依据。方法采用方便抽样法抽取某地区院校正接受任职培训的70名文职护士作为调查对象,通过自制的岗位胜任培训需求问卷进行调查。结果文职护士任职培训时间的需求长短不一,以全脱产封闭式军事化训练为主;课程设置上,在15个任职培训项目中,培训内容的15个条目里,偏向于非常需要的(M≥4.5)的条目有5项,其他条目均偏向于需要,表明新聘文职护士认为岗位胜任能力培训是必要的;对培训实施方法的认可度较高,28.57%的调查对象对考核标准不满意,对规范考核标准需求较大。结论任职培训意义重大,有关部门应该结合文职护士的需求,设计符合军队需要且科学有效合理的任职培训计划。Objective Towards the current training situation and requirements for non-active civilian nurses,we hope to provide basis to formulate scientific and reasonable training program for civilian nurses. Methods With convenience sampling adopted,we surveyed 70 civilian nurses receiving career education at a military institute by questionnaire of job training. Results The demand of training period for civilian nurses were different from each other,and they gave more priority to full-time closed-end military training. In the total 15 courses provided,about 5 items were really needed( M 4. 5 or higher),while others were biased towards the need,showing that the post competence training was necessary. They were satisfied with training implementation method,about 28. 57% of which expressed that the criteria of assessment were not high enough,and they expected more demand towards the normalized assessment. Conclusion Career education makes great significance,and relevant departments should combine the demand of civilian nurses to design reasonable scientific and effective training.
