摘　　要：目的探讨伤员化妆在战伤救治模拟训练中的作用与价值。方法比较中外相关训练现况,根据演练要求建立模拟伤员伤情库,制定伤员化妆技术方案、培训方案,集成相关化妆工具材料,在演练过程中开展模拟化妆实施与应用。结果为救护人员快速检伤分类、展开救治提供直观的条件;增加演练过程中战场急救的实战气氛,有效地渲染实战化氛围,激发参演人员的爱伤观念、责任感与使命感,为训练演练取得圆满成功发挥积极的作用。结论战创伤化妆的实施有助于为参训人员模拟野战环境下的实战氛围,快速检伤、分类、展开救治提供模拟对象,增强战场适应性,增强演练效果,提高战伤救治训练水平。Objective To explore the role and value of makeup for the wounded in simulated training of warfare. Methods To compare the current situation of Chinese and foreign related training,according to the requirements of the drill to establish a simulated wounded casualty library,and further develop the wounded makeup technology program,training programs,integration of related cosmetic tool materials,drill training in the implementation of simulation makeup. Results It provided intuitive conditions for rapid detection,classification,and treatment of ambulance personnel,increased the actual combat atmosphere of fighting and effectively stimulate the participants＇ love of mind,sense of responsibility and mission. It played a positive role in successful training exercises. Conclusion The implementation of wounds makeup can help to simulate the combat environment,rapid detection,classification and deployment of the combatants in the field environment,enhance the adaptability of the battlefield,and improve the exercise effect and the training level.
