摘 要:目的探讨信息化联合多部门监测防控多重耐药菌的管理新模式在提高多重耐药菌防控水平中的效果。方法基于医院HIS、LIS、PACS等基础信息系统搭建信息技术平台获取多重耐药菌相关数据资料,明确分工构建多部门协作管理模式并落实多重耐药菌防控措施,比较干预前后多重耐药菌防控知识掌握及执行情况。结果实施干预后医务人员多重耐药菌防控知识知晓率、住院患者抗生素使用率、微生物标本合格率、标本送检率、多重耐药菌隔离措施执行率均高于实施干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施信息化联合多部门协作监测可明显提升数据的准确性和及时性,提高工作效率,实现多重耐药菌防控效益的最大化。Objective To explore the new model of multi-departmental monitoring of closed-loop management of multidrug-resistant organisms( MDRO) to improve the level of multi-drug resistant. Methods Based on the hospital HIS,LIS,PACS and other basic information system to build information technology platform to obtain multiple drug-resistant bacteria-related data,a clear division of labor to build a multi-sectoral collaborative management model to implement multi-drug-resistant bacteria prevention and control measures,knowledge and implementation.Results There were significant differences in the awareness rate of prevention and control of multidrug resistance in medical staff before and after the intervention,the antibiotic use rate of inpatients,the qualified rate of microbiological specimens,the sampling rate of samples and the isolation measures of multiple drug resistant bacteria,the difference was significant( P〈0.05).Conclusion From the previous manual monitoring mode to the computer-aided mode of change,the integration of multi-sectoral resources,sharing multi-sectoral information to achieve information flow closed-loop management to enhance the accuracy and timeliness of data,improve work efficiency and maximize management efficiency.
