军用帐篷滞留喷洒处理杀灭蚊虫的新方法研究

摘　　要：目的探索军用帐篷滞留喷洒杀虫剂杀灭蚊虫的方法。方法在野外现场设置军用帐篷,采用氯氰·氯氟醚菊酯可湿性粉剂(10%高效氯氰菊酯和2%氯氟醚菊酯)和可湿性粉剂加附着扩展剂两种方法,对军用帐篷内壁进行滞留喷洒,处理的有效成分剂量为30 mg/m2。处理一段时间后,将雌蚊放入帐篷,观察处理后实验组和对照组军用帐篷中蚊虫的击倒和死亡情况,计算蚊虫击倒率和致死率。结果单独使用可湿性粉剂进行帐篷内壁滞留喷洒,杀虫剂不能挂壁,处理1 d后放入蚊虫,蚊虫的击倒率和死亡率均在30%左右。使用加入附着扩展剂的可湿性粉剂对帐篷内壁进行滞留喷洒,1 d后的蚊虫击倒率和死亡率均在90%以上,1个月后,死亡率仍可保持在80%以上,2个月后,蚊虫死亡率降至不足30%。结论对野外军用帐篷使用拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂进行滞留喷洒时,首先应加入附着扩展剂以便于杀虫剂附着;另外,最长的处理间隔不长于1个月,以便维持较好的蚊虫防治效果。Objective To explore the method of indoor residual spraying in military tents for mosquito control.Methods The military tents were set up in the wild,and their inner walls were residual sprayed with wetable powder（ 10% beta cypermethrin and 2% meperfluthrin） or wettable powder plus extension agent.The effective dose was 30 mg/m^2.After a period of treatment,female mosquitoes were introduced in the tents.The knockdown rate and mortality of mosquitoes were measured.Results The insecticide dilution did not distribute evenly,and the knockdown rate and mortality of mosquitoes were all around 30% one day after treatment,when wettable powder without plus of adhesion extension agent was used for the residual spraying in the inner wall of the tent. When the wettable powder plus with adhesion extension agent was used,both of the knockdown rate and mortality of mosquitoes were over 90%. And the mortality of mosquitoes remained above 80% one month after the application.However,both of the knockdown rate and mortality of mosquitoes declined to less than 30% two months after the application. Conclusion In the residual spraying of pyrethroids in military tents,the adhesion extension agent should be used to improve the distribution and adhesion of insecticides,and the maximum treatment interval might not be longer than one month to maintain good effect for mosquito control.
