香茅油防蚊固体清新剂的研制及活性测试

摘　　要：目的研制出以香茅油为主要活性成分的防蚊固体清新剂(A-1),测试其对白纹伊蚊的驱避作用。方法分别采用"Y"型管、圆筒法测定A-1对白纹伊蚊的驱避活性。结果采用"Y"型管测试,表明A-1对白纹伊蚊的驱避率均超过75.0%;采用圆筒法测试,表明其驱避率超过67.0%。结论以15.0%香茅油、1.0%结冷胶、20.0%氢化蓖麻油-40制成的防蚊固体清新剂(A-1)外观、硬度、稳定性和驱避作用都较佳。Objective To develop the citronella oil solid air fresher（ A-1）,and test the repellent activity against Aedes albopictus.Methods The repellent activity of A-1 against Aedes albopictus was evaluated using ＂Y＂-tube olfactometer and cylinder method.Results The repellent rate of the air fresher A-1 was over 75. 0% when tested with＂Y＂-tube olfactometer,and more than 67. 0% while tested with the cylinder method.Conclusion The citronella oil solid air fresher（ A-1） containing 1. 0% gellan gum,20. 0% hydrogenated castor oil and 15. 0% citronella oil is of better appearance,hardness,stability and repellent activity.
