摘　　要：目的调查四川省三带喙库蚊成蚊种群动态情况,为做好蚊类的防治,降低流行性乙型脑炎暴发风险提供科学依据。方法 2014—2016年连续在全省21个市州,统一采用诱蚊灯法开展三带喙库蚊成蚊密度、分布和季节消长的监测。结果四川省三带喙库蚊总体密度较低,在全省除甘孜州外均有分布,其中成都市平均密度最高;在不同环境中均捕获了三带喙库蚊,其中牲畜棚捕获数量最多,3年共捕获成蚊129 273只,构成比占70.58%;全省三带喙库蚊密度高峰期集中在6—8月。四川省三带喙库蚊分布广泛,密度最高的为成都市。不同生境中以牲畜棚和农户最高。结论四川省是乙脑高发省份,而三带喙库蚊是乙脑的主要传播媒介,因此密切关注乙脑疫情和三带喙库蚊的动态变化是十分重要的。Objective To know the situation of Culex tritaeniorhynchus population in Sichuan Province and provide scientific basis for the mosquito control.Methods Light traps were applied as the unified method over 21 cities all over the province from 2014 to 2016. Results The density of Culex tritaeniorhynchus was generally low except for Chengdu City. Culex tritaeniorhynchus was collected all over Sichuan except for Ganzi. The density of Culex tritaeniorhynchus was higher in the live-stock shed than other environment,which contribute a constituent ratio of70. 58%. Seasonal fluctuation suggested an upward trend from June to August. The highest density happened in Chengdu City. The density of Culex tritaeniorhynchus was higher in the live-stock shed than in other environment.Conclusion Culex tritaeniorhynchus widely distributed in Sichuan Province. It is very important to survey Culex tritaeniorhynchus density persistently.
