摘  要:为评价玉米DH系应用潜力,本研究以Reid类群重要种质PH09B×PHGJ4为基础育成的5个DH系为母本,Non-Reid群及DOM群共5个骨干自交系为测验种,按NCII设计组配25个杂交组合,对DH系产量构成因素配合力、遗传参数及产量杂种优势表现进行研究。结果表明,DH5与DH4为综合性状优良的DH系。产量一般配合力效应值最高的是DH5;产量特殊配合力效应值最高的组合是DH5×PH5AD;产量杂种优势以组合DH5×PH5AD最高。认为DH5在改善产量性状上更具应用潜力。穗长、秃尖长、百粒重和穗粗狭义遗传率高,主要由基因加性效应决定,宜早代选择;产量和穗重则适宜在较晚世代选择。该试验为筛选、鉴定有应用潜力的DH系及杂交种提供了参考资料。In order to evaluate the potential utilization of maize DH lines. In this research, we used 5 DH lines as female parents, that breded on the basis of main germplasm PH09 B×PHGJ4 in Reid class, 5 backbone inbred lines of Non-Reid group and DOM group as test varieties and mated 25 cross combinations by NCII design, which to study the combining abilities and genetic parameters of DH lines yield composition factors and its yield heterosis performance. The results showed that DH4 and DH5 were excellent DH lines in comprehensive characters. DH5 had general yield with the highest combining ability effect value, the cross combination of DH5 ×PH5 AD had special yield with the highest combining ability effect value and the highest yield heterosis was cross combination of DH5×PH5 AD. We thought that the DH5 had more potential for improving the yield traits. The higher narrow heritability of ear length, bare top length, hundred-grain weight and ear coarse were mainly decided by gene additive effect, they should be selected at the early generation. Acre yield and ear weight should be selected at the late generation. The test provided references for screening, identificating the potential utilization of DH lines and hybrids.
