摘 要:本试验在大田环境中对不同株距及穴播粒数花生的光合生理指标的日变化进行研究。使用LCpro+型便携式光合仪对花生光合生理指标进行测定。结果表明,密度对花生A(净光合速率)和Gs(气孔导度)具有显著影响,密度越大,A(净光合速率)和Gs(气孔导度)越低。Ci(胞间CO2浓度)与Gs(气孔导度)呈显著正相关。在株距为25 cm,穴播粒数为2的处理下,Ci(胞间二氧化碳浓度)及Gs(气孔导度)皆与A(光合速率)呈现出显著相关性。通过相关分析探讨不同株距及穴播粒数对花生光合生理指标的影响,以及各光合生理指标间的相互关系,为吉林省的花生高产栽培在理论上提供参考。In this research the diurnal variation of peanut photosynthetic physiological indexes of different planting distance and dibbling grain number were studied in the field environment, peanuts photosynthetic physiological indexes were determined by using LCpro+portable photosynthetic apparatus. The results shown that the density of peanut had a significant impact on A(Net photosynthetic rate) and Gs(Stomatal conductance). The greater the density, the lower the A(Net photosynthetic rate) and Gs(Stomatal conductance). Ci(Intercellular CO2 concentrations) had significantly positive relation with Gs(Stomatal conductance), as well as both Ci(Intercellular CO2 concentrations) and Gs(Stomatal conductance) had significantly positive relation with A(Net photosynthetic rate) under the planting distance was 25 cm, dibbling grain number was 2 treatment. Through the related analysis to investigate the effects of different planting distance and dibbling grain number influence on peanut photosynthetic physiological indexes and the relationship between the photosynthetic physiological indexes, which provided a theoretical reference for peanut high-yield cultivation in Jilin Province.
