次轻混凝土与变形钢筋黏结性能试验研究

摘  要:通过钢筋内贴片黏结滑移试验,测试次轻混凝土中变形钢筋加载端和自由端的相对滑移、应力沿锚固长度的分布规律,进而得到了钢筋黏结应力分布规律,分析不同的轻骨料体积分数和水灰比对变形钢筋与次轻混凝土之间黏结性能的影响。试验结果表明:水灰比越小、轻骨料体积分数越小,混凝土与变形钢筋的黏结强度越大,黏结应力的峰值点随着水灰比和轻骨料体积分数的增大而越靠近自由端;在相同混凝土强度等级条件下,次轻混凝土与变形钢筋的黏结强度要高于普通混凝土10%左右,比轻骨料混凝土低5%~10%。Through the bond-slip test for the strain gauge of deformed bar,the distribution laws of the stress and relative slip along the anchorage length of loading-end and free-end of deformed bar was obtained,as well as the distribution law of bond stress.The effects of volume fraction of lightweight aggregate and water-cement ratio on the bond properties between deformed bar and specified density concrete were analyzed.The experimental results showed that the bonding strength increased with the decrease of water-cement ratio and volume fraction of lightweight aggregate.With the increase of water-cement ratio and volume fraction of lightweight aggregate,the peak value points of bond stress were closer to the free ends.With the same concrete strength grade,the bonding strength of specified density concrete was about 10% higher than that of common concrete,and was about 5% ~ 10% lower than that of lightweight aggregate concrete.
