摘 要:在铝制品制备过程中,高温铝液会与模具发生反应,导致模具过早失效,增加了生产成本。为了提高模具耐铝液腐蚀寿命,采用钨极氩弧焊在H13钢表面制备了镍基合金与氧化铝复合粉末堆焊层,通过金相观察、扫描电镜分析、X射线衍射分析等手段研究了高温铝液腐蚀对堆焊试件形貌、相结构的影响。结果表明:镍基合金粉末中加入适量的氧化铝能够提高镍基堆焊层耐铝液腐蚀的能力,但过多的氧化铝对堆焊层的致密性产生不利影响,继而降低了堆焊层的耐铝液腐蚀能力。In the preparation process of aluminum products, aluminum liquid often reacts to the die, which reduces the operating life of die and improves the cost of production. In order to increase the life of die in aluminum liquid ,the Al2O3 mixed nickle based surfacing layers were prepared by argon tungsten-arc welding on the surface of H13 steel. By use of the metallographie analysis,scanning electron microscope (SEM) observation and X-ray diffraction analysis, the influences of high temperature aluminum liquid corrosion on the morphology and phase structure of argon arc surfacing sample were studied. Results showed that adding appropriate amount of aluminum dioxide could increase the corrosion resistance of Al2O3 mixed nickel based surfacing layer in aluminum liquid. However, the density and corrosion resistance of the surfacing layer were lowered when the dosage of Al2O3 was excessive.
