摘 要:为研究合金化镀锌板磷化适配性及涂装耐蚀性,对两组合金化镀锌(GA)板材(DX54D+ZF软钢和SGARC440高强钢)和GA标准板进行磷化试验,通过扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪观察其表面形貌并分析其成分,研究了膜重和反应时间的关系,通过盐雾试验研究其涂漆后耐蚀性能。结果表明:2组板材和标准板均能形成均匀的磷化膜,磷化膜颗粒为扁长形;90 s以内,磷化膜重与反应时间成正比,90 s以后膜重不再随时间增加;涂装耐蚀性能满足高端汽车用户要求。In this paper, in order to study the phosphating adaptability and coating corrosion resistance of alloy galvanized sheet, two series of GA sheet and one standard GA sheet were treated with phosphating process. The surface morphology was characterized with scanning electron microscopy. The relationship between coating weight and reaction time was investigated, and meanwhile, the corrosion resistance after painting was studied with salt spray test. Results showed that the uniform phosphating films formed on these two kinds of sheet and the standard GA sheet, and the phosphate particles were flat-long shape. Within 90 s, the weight of phospbating film was proportional to the reaction time,while it did not increase over time after 90 s. The corrosion resistance after painting met the requirements of high-end automotive customers.
