矾冰液治疗烧伤157例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察比较矾冰液与妥护贴对烧伤创面的愈合时间和患者自身感觉的差别。方法:采用简单随机方法将375例患者分为矾冰液组157例和妥护贴组218例,分别采用矾冰液和妥护贴外敷治疗。结果:创面愈合时间,2组差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);而在舒适度和患者的适应性方面,妥护贴优于矾冰液(P<0.01)。结论:对一些烧伤面积不大、烧伤深度不很深的新鲜创面,矾冰液和妥护贴创面的愈合时间无明显差别,但矾冰液价格低廉,更适合向基层医院推广。Objective: To compare the healing time of burn and subjective feeling elicited by Fanbing Ye (FY) and urgomed (UM). Methods: 375 cases were allocated to Fy group (157 cases treated by external application of FY) and UM group (218 cases by external application of UM) by simple randomization. Results: As to the healing time of wound surface, there was no significant difference between 2 groups ( P > 0. 05), but the subjective feeling (comfortableness and adaptability ) was better in UM group than in FY group (P < 0.01). Conclusion: For burns with small area, shallow and fresh wound surface, FY and UM showed no significant difference in the healing time of wound surface, but the price of FY is cheaper and is more suitable for popularity in basic - level hospitals.
