摘  要:基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元分析软件,以金属薄带材螺旋刃辊切为研究对象,建立了金属薄带材辊切过程模型,对金属薄带材辊切过程进行了计算机数值分析。获得了金属薄带材辊切过程中辊切力的变化曲线及辊切力呈周期性变化的变化规律,最大辊切力为4221 N,出现在0.396 s。得到了辊刀侧向间隙、辊刀重叠量、辊切速度、带材厚度等工艺参数对辊切力的影响情况,当侧向间隙为0.07 mm时辊切力最小,侧向间隙约为带材厚度的18%,最优重叠量为0.3 mm,辊切速度对辊切力的影响较小,辊切力随着带材厚度的增大几乎呈线性增大。验证了辊切模型的可靠性,证明仿真结果是可信的。Taking the helical blade rolling-shear of thin metal strip as the research object,the helical blade rolling-shear model was established and analyzed based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element software. The curves of rolling-shear force were obtained and the laws of rolling-shear force were explained,the maximum rolling-shear force was 4221 N,which appears at 0. 396 s. The effects of lateral clearance of shear blade,overlaps of shear blade,shear speed and strip thickness on shear force were investigated,the rolling-shear force has the minimum value when the lateral clearance is 0. 07 mm,and the lateral clearance of shear blade is 18% of the strip thickness,the optimal overlaps of shear blade is 0. 3 mm,the effect of shear speed on rolling-shear force is small,the rolling-shear force increases linearly with the strip thickness. The results can provide theoretic foundation and reference for the rolling-shear technology of metal strip.
