摘 要:在响应国家节能减排的政策要求,提高能源的综合利用率的背景下,低真空供热技术近年来获得了快速的发展。以国内首台600MW超临界直接空冷机组双背压低真空供热改造为例,对影响改造的相关设计问题进行了全面的论述及分析。结果表明,改造后该机组成功实现了35/13kPa双背压低真空供热工况运行,达到了预期的设计效果,取得了圆满成功。To meet the demand of energy conservation and emission reduction policy as well as to improve the comprehensive utilization of energy, the low-vacuum heat supply technology has been developing rapidly in recent years. With the case of low-vacuum heat supply improved in the first domestic 600 MW supercritical ai~ cooling unit with dual back-pressure being used as an example, the design issues related to the retrofitting are discusssed and analized comprehensively. The result shows that the unit can operate under low-vacuum heat supply condition with 35/13 kPa dual back-pressure after improvement, and the expectant design effect has been successfully achieved.
