摘 要:针对带凸肩的大展弦比、变截面叶片,研究了凸肩径向位置对叶片振动及气动特性的综合影响。首先,基于瑞利法得到叶片1阶自振频率的解析解,同时对叶片进行有限元模态分析,得到凸肩径向位置对叶片自振频率和振型的影响规律;其次,对不同凸肩位置的叶片进行气动力学仿真计算,得到凸肩位于不同径向位置时的叶栅流场特性。综合凸肩对压气机变截面叶片振动及气动特性的影响,得出凸肩径向相对位置为78%时效果最佳的结论。For the high aspect ratio blade with variable cross-section and shroud, the comprehensive effects of shroud's radial position on vibration and aerodynamic characteristic Were researched. Firstly, the analytic solution of the first order natural frequency was obtained according to Rayleigh method. The modal analysis was conducted on the blade, and the effects of shroud's radial position on the natural frequency and vibration mode of compressor blade were also obtained. Secondly, the pneumatics simulation calculation was conducted and the characteristics of cascade flow field with different radial position of shroud was obtained. Considering the influence of shroud on the vibration and aerodynamic characteristics of compressor blade with variable cross-section, it is concluded that when the shroud's relative radial position is 78%, the performance will be the best.
