摘  要:通过分析航母专业技术岗位人才的素质能力要求,把握人才培养特点,着眼其岗位能力和综合素质培养,从专业设置、培养方案、成长路径和考核评估等方面对其培养模式进行研究,形成航母专业技术岗位人才培养的总体思路,科学指导其工作的开展,为航母部队长期建设发展和航母战斗力形成奠定坚实基础。According to the requirements for the qualities of professional and technical personnel of an aircraft carrier and the characteristics of personnel training, the professional and technical personnel training model for aircraft carrier is discussed from the perspectives of professional settings, training programs, growth path and assessment mechanism in this article. Firstly, professional and technical personnel quality requirements are analyzed. Secondly, personnel training characteristics are described. Thirdly, the general ideas of professional and technical personnel training are put forward. It provides reference for the development of professional and technical personnel training of aircraft carrier. In addition, it lays a solid foundation for the long-term development of aircraft carrier force and fighting capacity of aircraft carrier.
