摘  要:研究了磺胺甲恶唑(SMX)在3种人工湿地基质中的吸附特性。结果表明:吸附动力学过程符合一级动力学和二级动力学模型,但不符合粒子内扩散模型,该过程是包括物理和化学吸附的表面扩散过程;等温吸附过程中,基质的吸附量和溶液剩余量均随着SMX投加量的增加而增加,该过程属于物化单分子层吸附;吸附量随温度的变化过程实质是从物理吸附到化学吸附并最终达到吸附平衡的过程;酸性或碱性条件不利于SMX的吸附,最大吸附量点在溶液p H值为7时,偏离理论等电点;SEM从微观角度表征了3种基质对SMX产生了有效吸附。The adsorption properties of sulfamethoxazole( SMX) in three kinds of constructed wetland substrates were studied.The results showed that kinetic adsorption process was more consistent with the first order kinetic model and second order kinetic model except the particle diffusion model,indicating that the process was surface diffusion controlled by physical and chemical adsorption. The adsorption capacity of three media on SMX and the remaining amount of SMX increased with SMX addition in the isothermal adsorption process,belong to physic-chemistry adsorption. The relationship between the amount of adsorption and the temperature was a essentially process from physical adsorption to chemical adsorption and finally to adsorption equilibrium. Adverse effect on the amount of adsorption was induced in acidic and alkaline condition,the maximum adsorption point achieved in neartral condition which was positively deviated from the theoretical isoelectric point. Through the SEM characterization,the effective adsorption of sulfanilamide by the three substrates was confirmed from the microscopic point.
