摘  要:近年来大量污水厂污泥倾倒在填埋场,往往会形成污泥库,对填埋场的库容和稳定性有重要影响,已造成了新的环境岩土问题。针对这种问题,采用真空预压技术对污泥库中的污泥进行2组中试试验,探讨真空预压技术对污水厂污泥进行处理的可行性。研究结果表明:中试试验的真空度未发生较大的波动,排水板膜下真空度维持在80 k Pa以上;污泥的含水率显著下降,减量化达到30%以上;沉降量达到400 mm以上,沉降变形达到25%以上,沉降与真空预压时间呈对数关系;剪切强度提高了20倍以上;随着深度的增加,污泥固结度在减小,平均固结度达到55%以上。污泥的化学调理及增压式真空预压方法是污泥减量化处置的有效途径之一,而对于上部堆填垃圾稳定性的要求还需进一步研究。In recent years,large amount of sewage sludge was dumped in landfill sites which formed a sludge lagoon. It had important influence on the landfill capacity and stability,which became a new environmental geotechnical problem. In view of this problem,2 groups of pilot experiment were conducted by using pressurized vacuum preloading technology on the sludge to investigate the feasibility of pressurized vacuum preloading technology. The results showed that the vacuum degree of pilot experiment was stable and maintained above 80 k Pa under drainage plate membrane. Water content of sludge decreased significantly and sludge volume reduction rate reached more than 30%. Sludge settlement rised above 400 mm and settlement deformation reached more than 25%. The relationship between sludge settlement and the vacuum preloading time could be expressed by the logarithmic relation. Shear strength was increased by more than 20 times. The degree of consolidation of sludge was reduced with the increase of depth and the average degree of consolidation reached 55% above. So the sludge chemical conditioning and pressurized vacuum preloading method proved to be an effective way of sludge reduction,while the stability of municipal solid waste above the sludge lagoon need further study.
