PRF辅助的自体脂肪面部移植术后满意率调查

摘　　要：目的探讨富血小板纤维蛋白(PRF)辅助的自体脂肪面部填充的有效性和安全性。方法回顾性分析自体脂肪面部填充的病例共300例,其中PRF组为68例,常规组为232例,所有入组患者得到术后6个月以上随访,并通过对患者的满意率调查来评价有效性,比较并发症发生率。结果 PRF组术后6个月满意率为69.12%,常规组6个月满意率为51.72%;手术次数统计:PRF组术后需2次或多次脂肪填充比例为29.41%,常规组为44.40%;并发症统计:2组患者均未出现脂肪栓塞、出血、感染、坏死等并发症,3例常规组患者脂肪填充区可触及结节,PRF组未触及结节。结结论自体脂肪移植应用于面部是非常安全有效的方法,PRF联合应用可以提高手术效果和满意率。Objective To study the safety and effect of using platelet-rich fibrin in fat grafts during facial lipo- structure. Methods During 5 years, from January, 2010 to December, 2015, 300 fat grafts in facial lipostruc- ture were performed, of which platelet-rich fibrin was used on 68 patients when only common fat grafts was performed on others. All the patients were followed up for at least 6 months to estimate the postsurgical photographic views and complications. Results The satisfaction rate was 69.12% in PRF group compared with the common group, which was 51.72%. 35.29% patients needed twice or multiple surgeries in PRF group compared with the common group whose rate was 40.09%. No fat embolism, hematoma, infection, or necrosis appeared in all the patients. Only 3 patients of the common group had masses in the recipient area. Conclusion Autologous fat grafts in facial lipostructure is useful and safe which, combined with platelet- rich fibrin （PRF）, will enhance the effect and satisfaction rate.
