摘　　要：兴隆热带植物园是一座集科研、科普、生产、加工、观光和种质资源保护为一体的综合性热带植物园,是我国重要的热带植物科普教育基地,在科普教育中发挥了重要作用。主要阐述兴隆热带植物园发展科普旅游的优势及在科普旅游中的主要实践经验,并探讨兴隆热带植物园开展科普旅游的前景。Xinglong Tropical Botanical Garden is a comprehensive botanical garden which integrates scientific research, science popularization, production, processing, tourism, and conservation of germplasm resources. It is an important base for popular science in tropical plants in China, and plays an important role in science popularization. The superiorities and the main experiences of popular science tourism in Xinglong Tropical Botanical Garden were described, based on which the development prospect for popular science tourism in Xinglong Tropical Botanical Garden was discussed to provide some references for other institutions to carry out science popularization.
