摘　　要：目的 探讨改良型冰袋在急诊内科高热患者降温中的疗效.方法 选取2016年6—10月安徽医科大学第一附属医院急诊内科采用冰袋物理降温治疗的132例高热患者为研究对象,按随机数字表分为观察组（67例）和对照组（65例）.观察组采用改良型冰袋物理降温,对照组采用传统冰袋物理降温.冰袋物理降温30 min后记录患者体温变化,并采用自设问卷收集资料,从患者体温下降幅度、皮肤潮湿率、冰袋移位率、依从性、满意度等方面评价应用效果.结果 观察组患者体温下降幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组皮肤潮湿率及冰袋移位率较对照组低,依从性和满意度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 改良型冰袋对急诊高热患者降温效果较传统冰袋好,皮肤潮湿率、冰袋移位率低,且患者依从性和满意度较好,值得临床推广.Objective To explore the effect of a modified ice pack on physical cooling of patients with high fever in Emergency Department of Internal Medicine.Methods A total of 132 hyperthermia patients treated with physical cooling by ice pack in Emergency Department of Internal Medicine, the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from June to October in 2016 were selected and divided according to random number table method into observation group （n=67） and control group （n=65）. In the observation group, physical cooling was realized by modified ice pack, while in the control group, by the traditional ice bag. After 30 minutes of physical cooling, body temperature changes of patients were recorded. The data was collected by self-designed questionnaires. Application effect was evaluated from the aspects of range of body temperature decrease, humidity rate, displacement rate, compliance and satisfaction.Results Range of body temperature decrease of patients in the observation group was larger than that in the control group （P〈0.05）; humidity rate and displacement rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and compliance and satisfaction were higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusions With low humidity rate, low displacement rate, high compliance and high satisfaction of patients, cooling effect of the improved ice pack is better than traditional ice pack to patients with acute high fever, which makes it worth promoting in clinic.
