摘　　要：基于真实目标的遥测数据,采用"采样-标定-还原"方法,提取目标特性并建模。在半实物仿真中,利用MOS(metal-oxide-semiconductor)电阻阵红外目标模拟器,实现了对真实红外目标特性的高逼真度仿真。With the method of ＂sampling-standardization-restore＂based on telemeasuring data in real world,we extract the properties of a target and build a solid model. MOS（metal-oxide-semiconductor）resistor array is used in hardware-in-the-loop（HWIL） simulation for the realization of high fidelity.
