摘  要:介绍了高压脉冲电凝设备的基本构成、工作原理和在处理化学镀镍废水中的应用,考察了化学需氧量和总镍随电凝时间的变化。尝试通过适量添加双氧水,利用电芬顿原理来去除总磷。出水达到了电镀污染物排放标准。The basic composition and working principle of high-voltage electrocoagulation equipment and its application to treatment of the wastewater discharged from electroless nickel plating process were introduced. The variation of chemical oxygen demand and total nickel with electrocoagulation time was examined. The total phosphorus was tried to be treated based on electro-Fenton reaction by dosing a proper amount of hydrogen peroxide. The effluent is in compliance with the emission standard for electroplating pollutants.
