摘　　要：人民币区域化作为人民币国际化发展过程中的必经阶段,对中国经济增长和跨境贸易繁荣十分重要,而中亚地区人民币在岸离岸金融市场的分割状态却为中国金融实践与金融体系的发展和改革带来消极影响,不利于人民币在中亚地区实现充分区域化。文章以"新丝绸之路经济带"建设为背景,通过分析中亚地区人民币在岸离岸金融市场的现实发展情况及其带来的消极影响,结合两者对接的必要性,从法律角度提出有利于人民币金融市场发展的相应对策。As a necessary stage in the development of the intemationalization of RMB, the regionalization of RMB is playing an extraordinary role in China＇s economic growth and cross-border trade boom. However the fragmentation in the offshore financial market in this region has brought negative influences on the development of China＇s finan- cial practice and reform of financial system, jeopardizing a full RMB regionalization in Central Asia.. This article, in the context of developing the New Silk Road Economic Zone, analyzed the necessity and the realistic problems of the RMB in the offshore financial markets in Central Asia and put forward the corresponding legal countermeasures to be taken.
