自体脂肪移植在额颞部凹陷填充中的应用及其并发症分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨自体脂肪移植在额颞部凹陷填充中的应用疗效并对其并发症进行分析。方法:120例患者,采用大腿内侧肿胀麻醉,抽取大腿根部内侧自体脂肪并过滤纯化,将纯化后的自体脂肪均匀注射于额颞部,观察其临床效果。结果:本组120例,术后随访6~10个月,110例患者对术后效果满意;9例自觉改善不明显行二次注射,其余均为一次注射;1例因术后染发出现术后感染,经引流、换药后好转,其余均未出现脂肪液化、感染、坏死等并发症。结论:自体脂肪移植应用于额颞部凹陷填充,疗效确切,并发症可控,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of autologous fat transplantation in the treatment of fronto-temporal depression filling and to analyze the complications.Methods 120 patients with medial thigh swelling anesthesia,from inner thigh to obtain autologous fat and filtered,purified autologous fat injected into frontal and temporal,observed its clinical effect.Results A total of 120 patients were followed up for 6 to 10 months,of which 110 cases were satisfactory after operation.9 cases of conscious improvement was not obvious secondary injection,the rest were a single injection.One case of postoperative infection caused by postoperative infection,after drainage,dressing improved.The rest did not appear fat liquefaction,infection,necrosis and other complications.Conclusion The application of autologous fat graft in the treatment of fronto-temporal depression filling is accurate and the complications can be controlled.It is worthy of clinical application.
